 The breathwork took me a while to get used to but I found it particularly useful for assisting the meditation.

 
I really like the transition and breathing into the stillness. The short meditation seems to work.  
Integration is my least favourite part but it's good to share and to be clear by separating the experience into “physical”, “mental” and emotional”, as these three aspects are important. 
I love Graham’s presentation. He brings both professionalism and experience and feels trustworthy and safe. He  is clear, patient and checks to see if he is understood.   
I would definitely recommend this practice to others. It's a new experience and Graham presents it in a totally new way and has made it his own.

I find the breathing technique very helpful and makes it much easier to go into the meditation.

 
I think integration and sharing is important and writing our experience down is similar to keeping a dream journal and captures that which we might otherwise forget. 
When we share and speak out we bring our experience into physical consciousness. 
Graham brings discipline and has the presence of knowing what he is doing and is giving people tools.
The GBM provides a space to heal and connect and would be good for people who are both new to meditation and those who want to take their meditation practice further.

The part of this practice that stands out for me is the stillness and getting into the meditation. 

 
With the breathing the meditation experience is different, deeper, more focused and my mind wanders less than with other techniques.
I think Graham is offering something different and I like the impact. A previous session did a lot to relieve my back ache and to feel better physically, mentally & emotionally. 
I also work with other practices that help me feel better but this does something different. I can't explain what it is exactly but I feel more clear, soothed, relaxed, but not fatigued.
I think this is something for people who are open to trying new things.
